Boulder, COLO., March 26, 1998—Inovonics Corporation today announced the release of two new keypads for the company's Vision Plus burglary and fire alarm system. Both keypads feature clearly identified elastometric keys and an all-new housing designed to blend in with any decor.

The KP103 keypad features an easy-to-read alphanumeric LCD with 2X16 character backlit display and dedicated EMERGENCY, FIRE, POLICE, SPECIAL and CHIME keys. The keypad, which is hardwired directly to the panel also includes terminal blocks for splice-free installations and a removable door to protect numeric keys.

The FA130 Wireless Keypad, features the same housing and elastometric keys as the KP103, but is designed for wireless installation. When installed in conjunction with a speaker or status light, the fully-supervised KP103 is an extremely reliable and secure wireless arming, disarming and panic signaling device.
