Inovonics Introduces the EN1550EP Encoder Pulse Transmitter for Mixed Use and Light Commercial Wireless Submetering Applications

LOUISVILLE, Colo., June 28, 2018 – Inovonics, an industry leader in high-performance wireless sensor networks, announces the release of its new EN1550EP encoder pulse transmitter. The EN1550EP converts data from a Neptune E-CODER® register into a pulse count, making it the ideal choice for utility billing service providers when submetering a mixed-use or light commercial property.

According to Scott Fincher, Senior Product Manager: “More and more residential developments are including light commercial on the first floor. With the new EN1550EP, our customers can deploy a single Inovonics system in these mixed-used developments, benefiting from the reliability of the Inovonics solution without having to deploy a second system for first floor businesses. This can also be a great submetering solution for strip malls where a single tenant is using a higher volume of water than the other businesses at that location.”
