Garrett Hoffman is the Hardware Product Manager at Inovonics, focusing on the quality, performance and development of Inovonics hardware solutions. Garrett has held numerous roles at Inovonics, from guiding the mechanical engineering group to working with the operations team during the transition between contract manufacturers. In transitioning to leadership, Garrett hopes to be closer to our customers and instill confidence in the best-in-class hardware that backs our software solutions. He is passionate about reliability – both in the delivery of products to customers, and the transmission of live-preserving alarms.

Alycia Ostby is a Senior Product Manager for Inovonics where she delivers reliable life safety solutions to senior living spaces. Her expertise spans tech, SaaS, healthcare and B2B sectors, where she bridges high-level product strategy and tactical execution to drive long-term, measurable outcomes. She has a track record of customer-centric strategies, advanced data analysis, and cross-functional team leadership. Alycia holds an MBA in Product Management from Colorado State University Global, a Bachelor of Science in Communication, Media, Design and Information from the University of Colorado Boulder, and is a certified Salesforce Tableau Data Analyst and Project Management Professional (PMP).
