RMA Requirements:*
Return all products to Inovonics. Your return must be received within 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international) of the RMA being issued.

Your return must also meet the following requirements:
- Include the RMA email — Print the RMA email you receive once your RMA is processed and put it in your shipment.
- Label the package — Write the RMA order number on the outside of the package (e.g. RMA-AR01234)
- Remove the batteries — Return the product with batteries NOT installed in the device
All products must be within warranty from the date you first reported the issue to Inovonics.

If these requirements are not met, the RMA may be returned to sender or subject to invoicing.
