What's Happening
Inovonics Cloud Services and TapWatch will undergo scheduled maintenance as we introduce a new service to house configuration data for our APIs. This update is part of ongoing architectural improvements to better leverage our cloud provider (GCP) and support future growth while maintaining cost-effective service.
Maintenance Schedule
- Step 1: Monday, July 14, 2025 – 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM EDT
- Step 2: Tuesday, July 15, 2025 – 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM EDT
- Step 3: Monday, July 21, 2025 – 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM EDT (no customer action required; completion notification will follow)
Operational Impact
During Steps 1 and 2, please do not make configuration changes (adding, updating, or removing sites/devices), as changes may be lost. Site import will be unavailable for the entire week, from the start of Step 1 until the end of Step 3. If this impacts your business, contact Technical Services immediately.
What to Expect
- Minimal operational impact outside of configuration updates.
- Maintenance windows for Steps 1 and 2 will last approximately 2 hours each.
- Further details will be communicated as maintenance dates approach.
- Stay alert for email or message updates related to this process, as timelines may change.
Action Required
- Do not schedule configuration updates during the Step 1 and Step 2 maintenance windows.
- Plan around the temporary unavailability of the Site import feature.
