RMA Requirements: Return all products to Inovonics. The return must take place within 90 days and meet the following requirements, or the RMA may be returned to sender or subject to invoicing: Print return order RMA email that you will receive once your RMA has been processed and include in your shipment, write the RMA order number on the outside of the package (e.g. RMA-AR01234), return the product with batteries NOT installed in the device, and please note that all products must be within warranty from the initial date of reporting the issue to Inovonics.*
